This offer does not fully exclude new patients, but will be charged an additional new patient consultation fee. The offer is only available where the appointment is booked and attended before 23:59 12-11-26 and is for at-home teeth whitening only.
Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with teeth whitening treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for teeth whitening will be charged at an additional cost. This treatment can be completed in 3-4 weeks; however, Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic does not guarantee this timeframe and the timeframe may vary.
Appointments for the teeth whitening offer are subject to availability. The teeth whitening discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. The teeth whitening discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
